Welcome to The Freedom Toast, an organization dedicated to the pursuit of laughter and parody of America’s political elite. Our shows have been called “the satirical cabaret that does to the presidential primaries what “Forbidden Broadway” does to theater (Caryn James, The New York Times). Songs from our albums have been performed for Bill Clinton, Howard Dean, Dr. Ruth, and conservative author, Richard Viguerie, among many others. Even Markos Moulitsas Zuniga, founder of the DailyKos has praised The Freedom Toast as “pretty cool stuff!”. |
